At home
You want to stay open with your partner. Then something in their tone hits you the wrong way, and suddenly you are defending yourself or shutting down.
A live online workshop for men
Stay present when stress hits, so you have more choice in what you do next.
When pressure takes over
This is a chance to work with that moment. We will show you how to notice what is happening in your body and find a little more room before you react.
You want to stay open with your partner. Then something in their tone hits you the wrong way, and suddenly you are defending yourself or shutting down.
You know the job is not right anymore. But whenever you sit down to think about what comes next, you find something else to do.
You know you need to slow down, but you keep pushing. Staying busy feels easier than finding out what might come up when you stop.
A practice, not a performance
We will help you notice what happens when pressure rises and practice staying with yourself long enough to make a real choice. In 75 minutes, you will learn the basic approach and try it for yourself.
Where this can lead
For men who want to go further, PRIME gives you four days to work with these patterns instead of rushing past them. You will have skilled guidance, plenty of time to practice, and other men doing the work alongside you. This workshop is a first taste.

MELD co-founder & facilitator
For thirty years, Owen Marcus has worked with men – in groups, in therapy settings, in business and community contexts – on the question of how men actually change. The MELD Method grew from that work: a somatic-relational approach that starts with the body because that is where men are most often available to begin.
MELD co-founder & facilitator
For ten years Duncan Rich has been helping men embody a more grounded, connected, and capable way of living — especially in relationship, fatherhood, creative work, and personal leadership.
